With a dedicated design staff, to guide our client through the space/ living planning, the material selection and design stages, the client has a “picture vision” before the start of any site works. We evaluate current needs for each client and also use our experience for life changes that should be considered in the future, with CAPS certified designers. “Good Design” brings both elegance and confidence to the design process.

The actual construction process starts with a site meeting to review the actual work scope, project time schedule, and the daily routine. Weekly site meetings with the Project Manager keep everyone informed on the schedule and answer any questions. By using time line scheduling, both the client and Morey Construction knows what is coming next.
